2026-08-12
S Architectural Team has been recognized with the “Best Luxury Mixed-Use Architect Visualization & Design in Bulgaria” award by Luxury Lifestyle Awards for the Delta Center project in Sofia.
Located in the Mladost district, in the area of Alexander Malinov Boulevard, Delta Center is a mixed-use development combining residential and office spaces within a unified architectural concept.
The project comprises three towers of 14, 13 and 12 floors. The residential component offers two- and three-bedroom apartments, while the 14-story tower is dedicated to office functions, featuring flexible spatial configurations and a panoramic office space with a terrace on the top level.
The project incorporates a range of energy-efficient solutions, including high-performance glazing, optimized thermal insulation, energy-efficient HVAC systems, and planned solar panels serving the common areas and hot water supply. The architectural concept places emphasis on natural daylight, ventilation and the quality of the surrounding urban environment.
The recognition from Luxury Lifestyle Awards places Delta Center among the projects acknowledged for their contribution to the development of contemporary mixed-use architecture in Bulgaria.
