Engineer-Designer – Working on an Innovative Project for Digital Twins of Buildings

In connection with the implementation of the project “Development of Innovations in Enterprises” BG16RFPR001-1.001, which involves the development of a proprietary process innovation representing an innovative system for creating digital twins of buildings, an architectural studio is looking to hire an Engineer-Designer.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong desire for professional development.
  2. Excellent knowledge of Revit Architecture.
  3. University degree in Civil Engineering.
  4. Knowledge of the regulatory framework in the field of strategic and spatial planning.
  5. Experience in preparing quantity take-offs and bills of quantities.
  6. Strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability skills.
  7. Knowledge of foreign languages is considered an advantage.

Job Description:

  1. Development of detailed three-dimensional (3D) models and engineering structures.
  2. Communication and coordination with experts and stakeholders throughout the design process.
  3. BIM coordination, automated clash detection, and visual analysis of conflicts between different engineering and architectural disciplines.
  4. Preparation of preliminary studies, including pre-design and pre-investment studies.
  5. Development and implementation of a work plan and program for conducting research and development activities.
  6. Conducting research and development activities related to research, testing, and measurements required for the development of the process innovation, as well as the creation and testing of a prototype in a relevant environment.
  7. Creation of digital twins of buildings, representing a well-organized database that connects all design disciplines within a unified system.
