SamElyon is a complex located at the foot of the Rila Mountains, in the outskirts of the town of Samokov and in the immediate vicinity of the Iskar River. The project creates modern conditions for sports and recreation, combined with the modern idea of a comfortable living environment. The investor for the complex is Samel-90 AD - the largest industrial enterprise in Samokov Municipality.

The complex combines: Sports and SPA center, Medical center, Hotel with restaurant and conference center, as well as gated residential complex that consists of several types of single-family and multi-family buildings located in a park-like environment.

The main goal of the project development is to create an accessible and attractive place for living, sports and recreation. The project itself was inspired by the ideas of combining the comforts of the modern city with the closeness to nature and a peaceful way of life.
