The property is situated in Pancharevo area, Sofia city in a quiet place, suitable for а closed type village. It is a 20-minute drive from the village to Sofia city center and a 15-minute drive to Sofia Airport. City transport connects the area through the Pancharevo and Bistritsa road. Pancharevo lake is situated in close proximity to the village which provides a variety of pleasant activities such as rowing, canoeing, fishing, strolls, hiking and other. The first station of the “Simeonovo” cabin lift can be reached by a 15-minute drive and provides a direct connection to “Vitosha” ski resort which is one of the biggest treasures of the capital. A number of public-service buildings are situated along the capital bypass. The property provides an opportunity for a high standard of living by its northern slope, which reviews a beautiful sight towards the surrounding environment and Sofia.
