The project for the multifunctional sports center in the Mladost district aims to create a modern facility for youth and community sports. The center includes a variety of halls and sports spaces, accommodating a wide range of popular sports and contributing to the improvement of the urban environment.

The building is a three-story structure with one underground level, organized into three volumes that define the main sports zones and their interconnections. The design provides optimal conditions for training, competitions, and sports events, tailored to the needs of the community.

The sports center is located on Alexander Malinov Blvd, offering excellent transport connectivity and easy access on foot, by car, and via public transportation, with a central position that ensures accessibility from all parts of the district.
